Seit einigen Jahren bin ich Mitglied verschiedener christlicher Musikgruppen, wie der Elim Kirche, der Hauptkirche St. Petri und des Gebetshaus Hamburg und spiele dort regelmäßig. Und ich liebe es, Querflöte auf Hochzeiten in schönen alten Kirchen zu spielen!"

As a christian I believe that it is a special privilege to worship Jesus with voices and instruments. In biblical times flutes were already used to praise God. Since some years I am a member of several worship teams in Hamburg, such as Elim Kirche, Hauptkirche St. Petri and Gebetshaus Hamburg and play there weekly.
And I love to play on marriages in beautiful churches!"

Rike Reichert als Komponistin geistlicher Instrumentalmusik mit Flöte
Heute arbeite ich nicht nur als Flötistin, sondern bin auch Komponistin geistlicher Musik. Als mich das Gebetshaus Hamburg darum bat, die Bibelmeditationsstunden musikalisch zu gestalten, öffnete sich eine neue Tür für mich. Seitdem komponiere ich wöchentlich Stücke in einem modernen elektronischen Sound, zu denen ich live mit verschiedenen Flöten improvisiere. Additionally to my work as a flutist I also became a composer. When newly founded Gebetshaus Hamburg appointed me to compose meditative tracks for them, a new door was opened. Weekly I developed tracks with an electronic, celestial sound, with floating and imaginative melodies and different natural flutes.
